CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% charge of the scheduled service fee. This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other patients.
